We do our best to get all orders out the door within 24-48 business hours from time of purchase.  Any anticipated delays will be brought to your attention. Flat fee for shipping is $20. Complimentary home drop off in Wellesley is available.

Kenzie & Hope will offer a full refund within 7 days of you receiving your order.  Store credit or exchange is offered up to 30 days after you receive your order.  We have new product coming in daily so we know we can help you find something else you love! 

All items must be in their original condition with tags attached and show no signs of wear. 

Returns may be made in store. To initiate an exchange or return, please email admin@kenzieandhope.com with your name and order number. Should you wish to send returns via mail, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend tracking and insuring your return shipment in case of loss or damage.
